  Email our sparkle squad at support@twinkledt.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an RMA number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your order slip; ship the package back to our warehouse using your preferred tracked carrier.

  Process Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
